SHAKING THINGS UP

SITUATION
Sales at this 30-year old manufacturing company had started to decline. When the second-generation took the helm of this family-owned operation, they were open to try things differently. 

SOLUTION
We built a new strategic plan tied to specific goals that identified new markets and looked beyond their existing region for market expansion.  We diversified the product line, extending into eco-friendly and recycling solutions for organizations like Walmart.  With a new direction and momentum, we rebranded the organization and launched an aggressive marketing and communications initiative, equipped with a new website, new collateral material, and new trade show materials.  The result?  Within one year, sales for this manufacturing company had doubled.
