Leading an initiative to build Chattanooga's first vocational school in 30 years required thoughtful collaboration among industry, educators, and government, resulting in the creation of a public/private partnership, a call to educators to reconsider current curriculum, a $10 million in fundraising effort, resulting in a 30,000-sf new Construction Career Center to host 200 students each year.
